Tristan and Mike did a great job helping me get my roof replaced. They handled dealing with my insurance company and getting them the information they needed. Their estimate was fair, the work was great and there wasn’t a shingle or nail anywhere in my yard when they were done. The roof looks great, the process was smooth and hassle free for me. 10 stars.

William got us approved after we were turned down. William came in used his in depth knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance industry and got us a full approval and much much more. The roof was then installed within 4 days of giving him the deposit. Our roof looks amazing the crew cleaned up meticulously, and then William showed up after the fact and ran magnets again to ensure that our kids and animals were safe. Could not ask for more from a roofing company thank you William.

Worked with William Leamer to help navigate the insurance process and get roof and gutters after a hail storm. This man is an incredible asset to American Exteriors. His knowledge and ability to work through everything is phenomenal. His crews are fast and clean. The work was top notch and the experience far exceeded anything I have experienced in just about any industry. If you need roofing, gutters, or just general advice about the exterior of your home (especially navigating the insurance companies) then William is the man!

I was working with William and had an issue with getting my roof done. The insurance guy said to repair not replace. I needed a new roof. William said that’s not how this insurance policy works and laid it out. Then went on and said the roof was going to need a minimum of an 18” valley liner. Looked it up he was right that’s code and also said the shingles were in the gutter where damaged insurance guy missed that. There was more to it but I got a full replacement and I can without a doubt say that’s thanks to William. I wanted to be there for the install but I couldn’t. It was replaced while I was at work 4 days later. I went around the house with a roll magnet and didn’t find a single nail or debris and the roof looks great so I don’t feel bad that I wasn’t able to watch them. These guys are good guys especially William. I’m thankful for him.
